Replacement has been shipped

So Monday September 9th I took my phone to best buy/geek squad for my display they told me they would have to send it to a ASC. They received my phone Wednesday, completed Thursday and shipped Friday. How much longer am I going to have to wait for my phone to return back to Best Buy.

Could be anywhere from 2-3 days depending on how the product was shipped from the ASC.


Overnight? It should arrive at Best Buy today.


2 Day? Should arrive at Best Buy on Sunday if the shipper delivers on Sundays, otherwise it will be Monday or Tuesday depending on whether the shipper considers weekends the same as week days.


I took an iPad in for service on a Monday. the ASC received it on Wed and shipped on Thur. I got the iPad back on Friday. But, that won't tell you much about when you will get your product back.


If the product does not arrive at Best Buy today, then you are looking at Monday or Tuesday as we already mentioned.


But.....maybe our experience has no relevance to yours and another user will have a different opinion.

It’s not being sent to my house it’s being shipped back to the location I dropped it off to which is Best Buy/Geek squad. The best buy site still sits at in repair instead of in transit while the Apple site said it’s been shipped. I was just wanting to know bc most likely they sent My phone next state over and it’s the first time I encountered with having it been sent out….

its been two weeks now and Best Buy still doesn’t have it w et in today to see if they had any updates on my phone or at least have it already. Nope they still haven’t received it. They gave me a tracking number for fedex but it seems like it’s at a stand still in a different a state stating “label created” but hasn’t shipped yet. That’s why I’m kind of confused about the whole process.
