Iphone 15 pro max with IOS 17.6.1 - focus status not working

Even though I have Focus turned on, doesn't send to contacts to let them know I have focus on when they try to text.

My Focus Status won't turn "on" even tho it is enabled I turned my Focus Status off when I first got my phone, but now that I'm trying to use it and have it notify callers or texters of my Focus Status, it won't turn on. I have every single thing enabled. Everything is turned "on". The "Share my Focus Status" is on and I've gone thru all my settings. I was even on the phone with Apple Care sharing my screen. I also just got a new iPhone 14Pro. Anyone else having this problem and seem to have found a work-around? Please advise.

why does my iphone on focus does not ring calls from contacts which are in allowed contacts I have set the settings for focus which i turn on when i’m sleeping. I have allowed 3 particular contacts in that, my parents and my wife. But when i turn on focus and if they call me, the calls are silenced but i get a notification. Why are the calls getting silenced even though they are in allowed contacts???? This is so annoying and frustrating, since because of this i couldn’t find out about 2 emergencies as the calls went to silenced. below is the screenshot attached for my settings of focus.

I figured it out, not in Focus but under Privacy.... Settings > Privacy > Focus > Messages should be toggled on.
