How to set Live Wallpapers on my iPhone 8 Plus?

I downloaded some live wallpapers to add to my phone but any time i go and try to add wallpaper the live wallpaper icon doesn't even pop up i tried restarting my phone, updating it, turning low power mode off, making sure reduce motion is off ive tried it all but nothing will work how can i fix this?
