Will camera button on iPhone 16 work if we put a case on it

I had a question,

Regarding the camera button on iPhone 16, if we put a case on the phone, how does the touch button function? And if that part of the case is empty, will it not scratch the body?

Camera Control missing or blanked on used iPhone 13 mini I’ve just bought a secondhand iPhone 13 mini and noticed that there is a blanked out section in the frame where there would be a camera control button on something like an iPhone 16. iPhone 16 camera button not pressing after iOS 26.1 My iPhone 16's camera control button wont let me press whether I hold it or not it doesn't respond, but when I open the camera app it allows me to scroll using the button but not press. I'm on iOS 26.1 and this issue seems to have appeared on this version
