I'm unable to request refund on 'report.problemapple.com'

I am unable to request a refund on 'report.problemapple.com'. It shows 'pending purchase' and says it's still processing these purchases. I've waited for about two hours, but nothing has changed. The payment has already been deducted from my account

Jim is correct. Pending transactions may take up to 5 business days to finalize before a request for refund can be considered. The merchant controls when a transaction finalizes. Apple can do nothing to speed up the process.

You will need to wait until the charge moves beyond Pending and could even take a day. It has not been finalized yet.
