Hi! I’m a uni student from Chile and I’m going on a trip to the US and want to buy an iPad. I’m registered in unidays but I want to know if it is possible to use it in the US.

You would need to ask UniDAYS what their policies are. That's not an Apple program per se, so if you're going through UniDAYS, Apple will not be able to give you information.
Participation in student discount programs from Apple require that you be accepted or registered in a university in the country of the program. So unless you're attending a US college, you would not be eligible for Apple's Back To School program.
