Recover Tiktok account using Sign in with Apple

You may have used Apple ID to sign in but for recovering your account under the Tiktok app you need to get in touch with them.

I don't use my Apple ID to sign in with other Web sites.

Switching to Android would not have automatically gotten rid of your Apple ID, so if you can find some way to type in your Apple ID and Apple ID password, you may still be able to get into the account. If there is no good way to get into your account, you may want to contact TikTok support for help in setting up an alternate login mechanism that will work for you in the Android environment.
