15 pro max ends call automatically

Does anyone has a problem when somebody calls you normally and you take the call that after sensoring the ear ends automatically? No problem like this on messengers like what’s up or telegram. I can talk normally only with the sound on on usual calls.

I don’t understand what you are asking. What is “sensoring the ear”? Do you mean the call disconnects when you hold the phone to your face? If that is what you mean your face must be touching the hang up button on the phone’s screen while the top of the phone is away from your face. There is a proximity sensor just above the ear speaker that should disable the screen when you hold the phone to your face, but you need to actually put the phone against your face at the top end for it to work. If you have a poorly fitting case or screen protector that can also prevent the proximity sensor from working.
