Transfer data from iCloud to iCloud

2 years ago my husband subscribed to a family iCloud for 2 TB. Now my husband and I are separated, and I want to leave family access and buy a separate account for 2 TB. How can I do this without losing the data that was stored on the shared iCloud? The volume of my phone is less than the volume of files in iCloud that I need to save.
