How to turn back on Find My in my Mac as it doesn't show back up under my Apple ID

I have looked up and done everything possible to get my Find My Mac to turn back on, but it will not show back up under my Apple ID under my devices where I can turn it back on. I have gone under Icloud, turned it off, and then back on nothing. I have rebooted my computer, but nothing. I am at a loss. My computer is up to date with the most current software system. I don't know what else to do. Please help. I don't want to wipe my computer and reprogram it completely. I have even completely logged out of my computer and logged back in, but there is nothing.

Then go to  > System Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Find My, and make sure it is also showing on there.

There is also a related setting at  > System Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Details (under System Services) > Find My Mac.
