iPhone 13 screen seperation

I would like to discuss a problem I have with the iPhone 13 and hear your opinion. My iPhone is about a year old, recently I noticed that there is a gap between the screen and the frame of the iPhone and in the upper part of the device, the screen comes out and you can see the internal parts of the phone. What is the reason, what should I do, and is it dangerous to use the device?
