Io avevo inteso il “premi rapidamente” come “premi ripetutamente” quindi premevo il tasto volume alto più volte velocemente, poi il tasto volume basso più volte velocemente e poi tenevo premuto a lungo il tasto laterale. Niente succedeva. Mentre bisogna cliccare una volta volume alto, poi una volta volume basso e dopo tenere premuto tasto laterale. Sono arrivata al Apple store dopo quasi un giorno ** ansia per risolvere in un secondo il problema. Spero che questo post serva a qualcuno in futuro.

I thought that "press quickly" meant "press repeatedly" so I was pressing fast the volume up button several times, then the volume down button several times fast and then I was holding the side button for a long time.
