Move streak “ended”, yet move for day shows the correct (over max) number

On Monday, Sept 10, I did 599 cal as well as 89 minutes of exercise and 19 hours. See Health app picture which matched my watch that day.

The Fitness app took it for 230 cal and ended my 2,147 day longest streak as well as weekly and monthly all rings closed.

How do I get the app corrected and my weekly, monthly and longest streak corrected?

thanks!

Thanks! Actually the Fitness app was the place I was able to see all my individual workouts/walks going back in time. My issue is that I changed my time zone when I got on plane to Europe. It caused anything in the last 6 hours of the day to move to the first 6 hours of Wednesday. Therefore when I had seen my move score above the threshold and then changed the clocked , unbeknownst to me, it caused me to “lose” those from Tuesday.

Guess I can’t do anything about it to go back in time and unchange my time zones that day.

Time to start building up for next few years. 😀

Thanks again.

Did you check in the Health App on your iPhone, which workouts you did on Tuesday, and how much calories you have had, to close the Move Ring that day?

Did you already fore restart both devices?

To force restart your watch, hold down the Digital Crown and the Side button at the same time for at least 10sec, until the Apple Logo comes back again on the screen.

Here’s correction to original post.

I’m sorry for incorrect info in the original. Sept 10 was Tuesday, and on Tuesday night at 11pm, I was flying to Europe from US and moved my watch ahead 6 hours. I had completed all my rings before I got on the plane, and then in Europe time on Wednesday, I completed that day.

So my streaks showed ended as it seems that potentially the Tuesday numbers cut off based on Europe (6 hours less of my day).

My question becomes, is there any way to readjust that Tuesday and Wednesday to account for time change?

Thank you for any thoughts.
