Itunes won't let me add music from pc

I have been trying to add music from my PC to iTunes for a couple hours now. And I have looked through multiple different forms multiple different things. Nothing seems to be working I have tried making sure. I have permission to use the files and I have fallowed step by step apple instructions

iPhone SE not seeing iTunes library from MacBook Pro. Why? How to correct this? I have an iPhone SE, purchased in July 2020. System up-to-date (currently running iOS version 26.2.1). We have stored a lot of music in our iTunes/Music library on our MacBook Pro (we loaded many of our personal music CDs into the library). (MacBook Pro system up-to-date - purchased in Nov 2019 and currently running version iOS Tahoe 26.3). I am unable to see or access all that music on my iPhone, except for the few songs I've purchased through the iTunes store. How can I access my entire iTunes/Music library on my iPhone SE? I checked all the conversation threads, and the solutions presented are not applicable. Help!
