My macbook Air is stuck on internet recovery after I erased all data on it

I erased all data on the mac so I could download and install the new software update

but now I am stuck on internet recovery which throws a 2002f error after making me wait for atleast 30mins after I connect to my wifi

I can only see the globe rotating for 30 mins then it shows me the error after a long time

i have tried option commant shift R and everything but it doesn’t work
