How do I prevent from my 14yo from deleting Qustodio Mobile Device Management (MDM) profile from IOS?

There was a thread to this previously How do I prevent from my 14yo from deleti… - Apple Community I tried installing the tamper proof Qustodio advanced protection and the app still got uninstalled.

I asked my teen how he got around it he said that on his device he went into :

Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy restrictions > View Device Management > Under Mobile DEvice Management edited the Qustodio profile and that removed the app restrictions.

My Childs device is on the latest iOS update ( as sometimes older versions can affect features and functions in screen time settings)

I have screentime locked down for my childs device but I dont understand why Apple does not apply the screentime pin code lock at the point you select screen time on the childs device. If this was the case then it would solve the issue of Children having the ability to access MDM profiles.
