What are the best translation apps for English to Chinese?

I tend to use Google Translate (website) on my Mac.

Note: I cannot speak to the quality of either of these tools to translate from English to Chinese as I neither speak nor read Chinese. However, they're both adequate, though not always perfect, for Russian and Spanish.

I used Google Translate when I was in China, and it seemed pretty reliable. Including the ability to translate signs using the camera feature.

Google has an iOS app. And there are no doubt others. I'd suggest searching the App Store and reading the reviews of likely candidates.
