The only current model iPhones which will be able to use Apple Intelligence are iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max, plus the now soon to be officially launched iPhone 16 models. iPhone 15 Plus doesn't have the hardware required to be able to run Apple Intelligence.
