Where can I find “hide my email” setting in iOS 18

Settings, tap [your name] - > iCloud, then tap Hide My Email.

That's where it is on my iOS 18 (well, iPadOS18), anyway.

I have it under the iCloud section, but tapping it does nothing—can’t get in to create an email or view list of already created.
