How to fix it by online or using any other software? my front and back camera like normal, even then showing A problem whas detected with the true depth camera.face ID has been disabled. Please give a easy solution. thanks.

You don't. It's a hardware problem. Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of your local Apple Store or take it to your local authorized service provider.
