My 15 pro max is dropping in battery rapidly like crazy now it’s 89% about 10 months of usage 325 cycle didn’t drop under 28% and not charged above 80% and still battery issue's,but i remember it was overheating out of the box in the first months.

89% is still not a problem. On average a drop of 1% a month is expected and as many posts on here have pointed out the percentage is an estimate. What you have described is not a rapid drop. If you aren’t haven’t any other issues there is nothing to address.
