Wi-Fi calls are automatically turned off

I have an iPhone 15.

I use Wi-Fi calling because I don't have cellular reception at home.

I encountered a problem that every time I leave the house, the Wi-Fi calling setting is automatically turned off.

And I want it to stay on all the time.

what can be done

iPad WiFi calling prompt, when iPad has no cell service capability.
