What does the orange dot on my iPhone indicate?

The orange dot on my iPhone 15 pro updated to IOS 18 is on. I turned off the microphone and denied the access to mic in all apps..but still on as soon as I get home.

how can I see what app or the reason stills on? It’s making me insane !! 😳
