iOS18 no longer has phone app

It’s just part of the tidy up of the settings app so that it’s not just 1 long massive list.

you’ll find the phone settings now in Settings > Apps > Phone

All the app settings, including the Phone app settings have been moved into the "Apps" subgroup at the bottom of the Settings App.
