Is the cellular red ring functionality still available on Apple Watch Series 10?

I used to like the cellular red ring on the apple watch series 10

but it seem the red ring disappeared on the series 10

Is it true?

if it is why did they remove them

Looking at this Apple Watch page, I could not find an Apple Watch 10 having a red ring on the Digital Crown, as previous cellular watch models have. Seems like Apple wanted the coloured ring to blend in with the rest of the color of the watch.
