can't connect sony wh-xb910n headphone to macbook air m3

in the Bluetooth of my Macbook air my headphone device doesn't show but if i try the same thing in my phone then it shows the headphone device

bluetooth headphones don't appear on Mac to connect Headphones (Soundcore Q20+) work perfectly with iPhone (13 mini). Also work if connect via cable to MacBook Air (M1 2020). MBA Bluetooth has worked with other Bluetooth devices. It appear that it's only these Headphones that doesn't appear and can't connect. suggestions? Thanks.

can sony xm5 headphones connect to mackbook pro via bluetooth? if so, it's not working for me. trying to connect my headphones to my computer via bluetooth and it's not working. my computer is running on ventura 13.0. the headphones do connect with the cable that came with them, but it doesn't seem to connect via bluetooth. for measure, my headphones also connect with my iphone and ipad, just not my macbook.

Did you put the headphones in pairing mode (Sony instructions)?
