Camera Grey Dot iPhone12

got a grey dot on the rear camera, is not that visible but its a strange thing, it started like a month ago when there still was ios 17 so i think it cant be a software issues. it only happens with 4:3 camera settings on 16:9 it disappear same with 0.5x.

Have you tried cleaning the camera with a microfiber cloth?
