Help!! Allow this device to use Apple Music

“This device was previously used with a different Apple Account. To access your subscription, you'll need to sync your library with this Apple Account. You won't be able to change to a different Apple Account for 90 days.”


No matter how many times I select “Transfer” it doesn’t do anything. I even restored the iPhone and nothing. What else can I do? I thought updating could’ve fixed it but still the same issue.
