Ive bought my new iphone 11 with 95% battery health . And now its been 3 weeks and the battery health has detoriated to 91% .Is this normal cause its starting to make me worry .

The iPhone 11 was discontinued in September 2022, so if your phone really is "new", it has been sitting in a warehouse somewhere for 2 years. This would not be good at all for the battery.

yes ive bought it new,and it came with 95% battery health they said it wasnt used it was new but without a box so the charger and other things didnt come with it ,i got only a charger that literally lasted for only like two days and the battery health detoriates really fast,within 3 weeks it went around 91% and i also charge it mostly thorigh day and sometimes night but mosly day and i dont use it that much throughout the day.
