My iPhone 12 camera shows black spots

Dear Sir/Madam, on August 30, 2024, I took my iPhone 12 phone to an authorized service center in Skopje City Mall, IStyle Macedonia, on which, when using the camera, i.e. when viewing the photo, black spots appear on it or the entire photo is green.

On September 16, I was notified to pick up the device stating that the claim for the device was rejected because no fault was found after running the phone diagnostics.

Since the device was delivered while under warranty, I believe that an appropriate solution should be found to overcome the problem that the device has, and it should not be subject to my own expense.
