In IOS 18 Where is the color picker in filling in shapes

I can find it on my iPhone, assuming you're talking about using Photos. Add a shape. In the little toolbar that will pop up, tap the grey circle at the left. You'll get a pallets of stock colors, but down at the lower right there's another circular icon. Tap that and you'll get the color picker.

If you're trying to use a different app, post what app you're using and someone may be able to offer tips about that.

Your assumption is right, but my experience doesn’t match your explanation. There is NO ‘GREY circle at left’ Only in the middle a dotted circle that allows you to control color density; NO color pallet! NO other circular color pallet at lower right! 🤬 IPHONE 14 pro max plus
