Currency for in app purchases not in my country’s currency

hi, I’m in Ghana but items that are available for purchase in games or any other app on my iPhone have price tags in USD instead of GHC, Ghana’s currency. Is there anything I could do about that?

I suspect there isn't anything you can do about it. It isn't normal but I am guessing it does apply in some countries, e.g. Countries and regions where iCloud storage plans are billed in USD - Apple Support
