No wallet app on Apple watch

So I use Apple Pay all the time on my phone. Works great. I have an Apple Watch and do not have the wallet app anywhere on it. No way I can see to add it either. I’ve tried searching through the watch app on the phone, scrolled all my apps on the watch, it’s just not there. Ive researched it a bit and the help always comes back to “click on the wallet app in the watch app” Welp, can’t click on what isn’t there. I’ve tried on and off for a couple months to do it. Then decided I’d wait for the big iOS 18 update.

my phone and watch both have the latest iOS as of yesterday.

still nothing. Ideas?

Sooooo. This made me think. Please follow this path,

iPhone > Watch app > scroll down to Wallet & Apple Pay > scroll down to Add Card > follow on screen instructions

Do you have Face ID, Passcode and Two Factor Authentication setup and enabled?

I appreciate the effort, but again, there is no “wallet and Apple Pay” app available in the Apple Watch app on my iPhone.

phone works fine, Apple Pay on the phone works fine

Apple pay/wallet on the watch does not exist, not in the watch app on the phone nor on the watch itself.

FYI I do know how to add a card.

You did not answer my last question. Do you have passcode enabled on your Watch? What series Watch is it?

Have you tried downloading the Wallet app from the App Store? What country was the Watch purchased in?

I was thinking that, but troubleshooting requires things be done in steps. I’m glad you had the patience to stick with it. 👍👍
