PayPal access
I can no longer shop using PayPal on my iPad mini. Keep getting message it’s not available. But I use it on my phone all the time. I use Safari on both.

That would be a question you'll probably need to take up with PayPal. But some quick things to check are if you're using a VPN of some sort on your iPad (if so, turn it off), whether you've tried clearing Safari's history and cookies, whether you've tried restarting the iPad. Any of those might help.
