Force an app to use the high speed AMD Radeon Pro 5500M on my MacBook Pro

I have an AMD Radeon Pro 5500M and an Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB graphics card. I am using the new MacOS Sequoia 15. My system has a 2.4 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9 processor and a 64 GB 2667 MHz DDR4 memory card. In the Energy Tab of 'Activity Monitor', I see the following columns: Energy Impact - 12hr Power - App Nap - Graphics Card - Preventing Sleep - User. The app I'm focused on shows up as a 'No' in the Graphics Card column. How do I force this app to use the higher-speed GPU?

What app are you talking about?

The system automatically selects the GPU based on use. The system uses the integrated Intel GPU unless the app uses OpenGL, Core Graphics, certain other "graphically demanding technologies." I suppose if a certain app has a setting that enbles selection of GPU then it would also override the system default.

If it's Photoshop, check Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphics Processor Settings.
