Overnight I installed the iOS 18 update. Since then my eSIM card has been deleted. I’ve contacted my carrier but they can’t text me a link because text isn’t working. My iPhone 15 Pro Max is now a paperweight. Anyone else having issues?

UPDATE: The issue was finally resolved. After 2 trips to the Apple Store and a trip T-Mobile, a senior Apple technician (on the phone with me and the T-Mobile assistant) scheduled me for a repair. Going into the Apple Store for the 3rd time, this time the genius ran diagnostics and actually found a “No SIM” error on their end. They took my phone and shipped it back to me a week later. They ended up replacing the motherboard. Called up T-Mobile and they were able to push the eSIM to my phone.

i did not lose sim after i got replacement phones. had to update to 18.5 them and went well. now have to see what happens on next update or factory reset or anything reset.
I am having same issue with my 15 pro. Was it fixed for you?
