Ghost Touch after Update to IOS18 (IphoneXs)

Since i updated to IOS 18 yesterday, i experience "Ghost Touch" on my Iphone XS (all original parts).

I tried "reset all setting", on-off, have enough disk space ect.

I need a solution ASAP- does a work around exist?

I read that this happened before, when Apple decided to updatet their IOS prematurely (IOS 16).
