I just noticed the "iCloud Drive" folder on my PC. If I delete this, will it also delete the files in that folder also from the iCloud? I don't want copies on my PC.

Turning off or uninstalling iCloud Drive on your Windows PC won't delete your data from iCloud but it will remove it from your PC unless you make a copy and save it on your PC. See information in Sign out of or uninstall iCloud for Windows - Apple Support
