I have an Iphone and trying to install or update new app but the App Store is referring to the wrong Apple ID (email address which i was having previously), i want to change the email address to the current email address as i do not have any access to the older one and its not longer available.

If what was described in another post clears up the issue it means you also made a mistake when you "changed" your email address for your account. You didn't change it, you created a separate account. If you need to do this again, do it correctly as in --> Change your Apple Account primary email address - Apple Support
Hello, apps are associated to the Apple Account (Apple ID) that was used to download them. You’ll need to delete the app and reinstall it with the proper Apple Account.
