61W power supply instead of a 96W with 2019 MacBook pro A2141

Could it be that I got a 61W power supply instead of a 96W one with my 2019 MacBook pro 16-inch? (A2141)

As it turned out, it was purchased with a different power supply than the one written in the specifications https://support.apple.com/en-us/111932 I noticed it only a few days ago when I accidentally touched it while charging and saw that the power supply was hotter than it should be.

A 61W power adapter will not power the 16" model laptop. The battery will end up draining even while the power adapter is being used. If the laptop is asleep or powered off, then the 61W power adapter will slowly charge the laptop, but it will take longer to fully charge.

A 96W power adapter will get hot when charging the laptop.
