Update phone number to VoIP
I do not have a phone number carrier anymore, because I switched to a VoIP number. As a result, how do I update my iPhone XR phone settings phone number to my VoIP number?

And once you sign up with a VoIP provider, they will almost certainly provide an app through which you will place and receive calls. You will not use the iPhone's included Phone app.
