on locked screen for the App SubAlert I should be able to tap or swipe notification, without unlocking phone, and accept or reject substitute teaching jobs..... I cannot. I cannot access the app unless I go through steps of unlocking phone with my passcode and then clicking app to open. By then I have lost jobs to others. Any troubleshooting suggestions?ers. I am attaching screen shot of my settings.
