Transferred funds

I transferred funds from Apple Cash to my bank, did the 3 business days so I wouldn’t pay the fee and it turns out it’s the old account that’s closed. Apple opened a dispute and says it can take 10 days. What else can I do?

If the dispute is already started, then let it play out. In my experience, it just slows the process. You were not speaking to Apple Support, but rather an Apple Cash Specialist at Green Dot Bank.

Did you receive a dispute number? Don’t publish it here. The forums are public and anyone will have access to these posts.

Do I have to continue the dispute though? Cause the overall process is gonna take awhile. Apple is asking me for a letter from my bank stating that account is closed but it takes them 10 days as well to send it to me. Apple opened a dispute today and told me to send it to them. Not sure if the 10 days would be starting when I send the letter to Apple once I receive it? I did the transfer Sunday which was 9/15 I’m currently biting my fingers cause I’m out $780 dollars!
