How do I stop SOS alerts to my emergency contacts from my Apple Watch?
How do I stop alerts to my emergency contacts. Yesterday my Apple Watch sent out an alert. Now they get alerts every 5 minutes.

Did you check the settings for sending emergency calls from your watch to your contacts?
