Why I received call when my Apple Watch is off wrist (not wearing) .. I try to stop it and looking for that in setting and phone notifications but nothing change ??

Make sure that your watch is locked when you take it off.
Turn wrist detection on
from your iPhone>Watch>Passcode>Wrist Detection>Toggle this on
Have you force restarted both your watch and iPhone?
Failing that I would unpair the watch from your phone then pair it back as new

I received a notifications from apps even when I switch the notifications indicator off 💔
