Watch not notifying me of texts received

Did you try to force restart your watch by pressing and holding the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again?

I see my Cable Neighbor's house which is about 100 feet away. 15+ year old homes in a Del Webb Lake Oconee community. 1st Generation Buried Fiber and Cable to the homes. Notifications and iMessages cannot seem to get next door in a Timely Manner.

Well, I get tired of Forced Restart / Backup / Restart, etc to Fix OS faults or coding errors. I will look at this article. I have trouble with iMessage not mapping in a timely manner between Mac, Phone, and iPad. Seriously ? I don't expect instant, but sneaker net was faster. I don't expect too much , except that it works flawlessly. I have ATT High Speed Fiber to my ATT Wifi router (their latest box of junk). I had a house with intermittently flawed fiber on my Fiber Channel across the street. Took 2+ years to find it. Drove me semi-nuts. 1,000 (1G) ATT Fiber here is about 600-700 down and 400-500 up. That is is. We have had fiber in this developent since day 1. ATT is streaming not only TV, but they seem to stream Internet to the computer.

Interesting. I cannot seem to get audible Notifications on both at the same time. I know there is a reason(s ). I want vibrations on my Apple Watch , which it does, when I use Apple Maps in my Older Vehicle which does not have Apple Car play. I am vision impaired and cannot read my watch and barely my iPhone 12PMax when I use Maps.

All these OS updates and even changes when there don't seem to be updates are going to confuse people - got me confused already.

Why do I not get iMessages on all Apple Devices within a Reasonable Time period ? I do rely on multiple ones and my wife seems to think when she finally mesages me , the job is done ! Not so.
