Not able to see Phone app in Apple CarPlay after iOS 18

After iOS 18 update I am not able to see the phones app in apple carplay hence I not able to see the recent calls and unable to callback any unknown calls that I've got while driving and siri will also not work in this case

I have also tried this in another car - 2024 Mazda 3 with factory CarPlay, and was still not able to make phone calls. Has anyone else run into this issue?

Phone app missing in CarPlay after iOS 18 update on iPhone 13 Pro After updating my iPhone 13 Pro to 18 I lost the phone app in car play. I cannot make calls from my car anymore. CarPlay disconnects whenever I get a call or message on iPhone 15 after iOS 18 update I have an iPhone 15. Since the last iOS 18 update, my phone frequently disconnects from my Apple CarPlay. Especially if I have an incoming message or a phone call it just disconnects and can’t reconnect. I will get a message. It says mobile device not connected or mobile device not found. I have to physically restart the car and reconnect the phone. Is anyone else having the same issue? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
