Apple Watch not tracking basal body temperature

I noticed that my watch stopped tracking my basal body temperature. It was working just fine and then stopped randomly. I have sleep focus turned on and set to begin automatically and I have given permission to track my temp. Has anyone found a solution to get this working again? I’m frustrated because the entire reason I upgraded was for the cycle tracking benefits of it taking my body temp automatically.
