Apple Pencil problems

I got a new Apple Pencil less than a year ago and it started to make weird horizontal lines when I try to write. I changed the tip but that didn’t seem to work. What can I do? It’s driving me insane!

Knowing that the problem does not always persist, but sometimes it appears and some of them do not.. I tried to switch the tip of the pen but to no avail. Confused hey, my Apple Pencil just doesn’t work smoothly on iPad. I have an iPad Pro 3rd Gen and Apple Pencil 2. My pencil just make weird lines on its own while I’m writing on the screen & if I’m writing a letter there are going to be breaks between it. Can anyone please guide me on how to fix it

I'm sure you already verified that the Apple replacement tip you used is full tightened ... correct?
