Can I change the color of the iMessage reaction emoji back to gray on my iPhone?
Is there a way to change the color of the imessage reaction emoji back to gray? New colors dont look good to me.

Agree. The new Tapback reaction colors are awful. Liked these colors much better the way they’ve been in previous iOS versions. Please tell me there is a way to set my device to use the previous colors.

Truly tasteless. This cries out for correction!
There doesn't appear to be a way to change the tapback reactions, but the full color full emoji set getting apple messages in keeping with what the other worldwide messaging apps have been using for years (Slack in 2015, WhatsApp got >6 presets/fully emoji reactions 7/2022, Telegram late 2021, MS Teams 1/2021).
Besides, people of various skin tones, flags, heart colors (❤️/🖤/🤍), etc. wouldn't be able to represent their full reaction without colors.
You dont need colors to fully describe your reactions.
